Hey ya'll!
So I had a really short getaway at Kukup Island, Malaysia.
Believe it or not, it is my FIRST time going into Msia. Yes yes, go ahead & "OMG?!" "WAH REALLY MEH??" "DONT BLUFF" "SURE NOT?!" "WHY SIA MSIA SO NEAR". Yup, I've had all these responses, repeatedly.
Well, my parents just think that Msia is really dangerous and so yea, I'm kind of forbidded to go there. Me being me, I made my own decision & decided that since I'm traveling with PeiQi & her family, everything should be well taken care of :')
So early in the morning I left to her place(CCK) & waited for the Van to send us in!
There's a total of 10 of us which includes PeiQi, her dad&mom, her lil sis, JianYing & her mom's friends! They were ALL SO FUNNY & CRAZY & HIP AUNTIES :) :) :)
I am awed by how hip PeiQi's granny is!!! She's the best! HAHA :)
Joy & laughter filled this trip, literally.
The best part of this trip, I'd say, other than the company, would be the Kong Ming Lantern.
That was also the first thing I asked when I arrive at PeiQi's house on 10th. I only saw it on TV/Net before & cant believe I'm able to play it! & I wrote wishes on it :) May it all come true! ^^
Plus sicne it's near Mid Autumn festival, many people were playing with fireworks and such & I tell you, it was REALLY loud & the fireworks were literally ON TOP OF OUR HEADS!!!! It was spectacular I swear!!! So pretty!!! & LOUD I almost went deaf ._. but still awesome!!! V pretty! As you all know, me loves fireworks!!!! ;p
Anyway, I spend a total of SG$100 in this trip. Pretty reasonable I'd say. SG$80 was for accommodation/food/transport. If you're on a budget and looking for a REALLY short getaway to chill and getaway from this busy SG lifestyle, its quite a good choice.
In the place we stay in, they provide Karaoke set(2 mics) and Mahjong. You might wanna bring your own poker/uno/monopoly deal cards.
Also, I'd like to say that I REALLY wanna visit Cameron Highlands. Gosh I want puke those Strawberries!!!!!
I am so envious of how close PeiQi is with her family & I'm very happy for her :) but cant help to feel sad that my family & I are so... ok nvm. Yup, so am looking forward to more trips with them! ;)
